# Pricing & Credits

> How credits work, what's included on each plan, and how to estimate your usage.

Claro uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per record when an operation runs; failed tasks or empty results cost zero credits. Credit consumption varies by operation type and model selected. Credits are workspace-pooled.

## Additional credit packs

* **2,000 credits for €20** — available on any plan.
* No subscription required — purchase only when needed.
* Credits from packs never expire.
* Subscription credits reset monthly; unused credits do not roll over.

Operations that read without writing (Analyse, Export) consume no credits.

## Billing

Billing is managed from **Settings → Billing**. You can:

* View credit balance and usage history.
* Purchase top-up packs.
* Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
* Download invoices.
* Cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
